Body dissatisfaction & negative emotions around food are found to start occurring in children as young as 6 years old. This program is designed to help children, adolescents, & young adults work through disordered eating behaviors and negative beliefs around food and weight. Using an integrated approach, we focus on improving metabolic health, building lean muscle, and supporting both physical and emotional well-being. The goal is to promote sustainable, healthy habits and a balanced relationship with food for recovery & long term wellness.

This includes membership to the Momentum club as well as weekly sessions, and metabolic health management. Must be established with a PCP/Pediatrician.
